USG Sheetrock® Brand First Coat™ Primer, or a good-quality, undiluted interior latex flat wall paint with high solids content over the entire surface and allow to dry. USG Sheetrock® Brand Cover Coat® Compound may be left undecorated on noncontact areas. Not washable if unpainted.
